Short Project Description – Customer Churn Prediction System Customer Churn Prediction System is an AI/ML-based project developed to predict customers who are likely to discontinue a company's products or services. The system analyzes customer information, usage patterns, transaction history, and engagement data to identify churn-prone customers and provide insights that can help businesses improve customer retention.
